Long fence runs and natural areas
Larger Scarborough lots often mean longer fence lines and corner lots with more than one street-facing side. Corner lots are where front yard height limits catch people off guard, so we confirm which yards count as front yards before we set the height.
Parts of Scarborough border the Highland Creek and Rouge valleys and the Bluffs. If your lot is near one of these areas, we check the City's ravine mapping before we design.
